Best camping cots for kids – my list
So here is my list of cots ordered alphabetically so this is not ranking, they are all quite different:

This Disc-O-Bed Youth Kid-O-Bunk with Organizers is an incredibly versatile structure and completely unique on the market. As you realize from the picture this is a bunk cot, but you can use it as two separate single cots for kids.
Each of them can also be used separately as a bench. This is all portable, collapsible, you can set it up without any tool, and a carry bag is included. As you see there are organizers on the sides, and the frame is a very strong steel.
3. GigaTent Kids Junior Cot
This cot is for kids up to 57 inches (145 cm) tall, and its weight capacity is impressive 200 lb (91 kg). This is due to its strong steel frame and three U-shaped legs.
With such legs the cot will not damage tent’s floor and it will not sink if you use it outside on a soft grass or sand. The dimensions when open are (L x W x H) 60 x 23.5 x 8 inches (152 x 60 x 20 cm). It folds in half and then you can store it in its included carry bag.
4. Idea Nuova Disney Frozen 2 Foldable Slumber Cot
Here you have a cot with an Anna and Elsa design, the included sleeping bag is a soft polyester and the frame is steel. There is an integrated pillow as well. The bed size is (L x W) 46 x 26 inches (117 x 66 cm) and the maximum capacity is 88 lb (40 kg).
This is a folding construction, very easy to use, and it comes with a carry bag for travel and for storage. The sleeping bag can be easily removed and it is machine washable.

6. REDCAMP Extra Long Kids Cot for Camping
Here you have an incredibly easy to use sturdy steel folding structure with a useful carry bag and a great price tag.
The cot weighs 11.6 lb (5.26 kg) and it is 53 inches (135 cm) long, so it is not really extra long as its name suggests.
But this is a folding structure and I have added it also to my list of folding cots. A storage pouch on the side will be useful for your kid to keep some items close at hand.
7. Regalo My Cot Deluxe Portable Toddler Bed
So here you have an incredibly popular cot for kids that has collected well over 10000 reports on Amazon. This is a simple folding construction with a steel frame, and with wide floor-friendly feet so you can use it anywhere.
This is a complete sleeping set with a bed, a sleeping bag, and a pillow. All this fabric is machine washable and easy to maintain.
The dimensions are (L x W x H) 48 x 24 x 9 inches (122 x 61 x 23 cm). It is for kids up to 5 years and its weight capacity is 75 lb (34 kg).
