What this is about
This is a feature-rich chair, so I would start with its folding design. This means there is no particular assembly, you unfold or fold it in seconds.
Though the top of the backrest folds into the chair for transportation, see the picture, but it remains attached to the rest of the body with the fabric. So when you unfold the chair, you attach the top after that.
Footrest – ottoman
It comes with an ottoman as a separate piece which serves as a footrest of a particular type. The top picture above shows how it looks. As a completely separate element, it is movable around and you can always find the best position for your feet.

Materials
The frame is a powder-coated steel. So it is well protected but not totally rust proof, and it should be protected from sand and salt water.
I like the U-shaped bars/legs, with such a feature the chair will not sink in a soft ground, and you can use it even in a floored family camping tent. The same construction is on the ottoman.
The fabric is a combination of a breathable nylon mesh and polyester. So this is a ventilated construction suitable for warm weather camping.

Who is it for
Regarding the capacity, I would describe it as typical with its official 250 lb (113 kg) capacity. Do you need more? If so, please check among the camping chairs for heavy people.
Regarding the dimensions, the chair is reasonably large, you can see the numbers below. Observe that the backrest is high, and the same holds for the seat. So I see it suitable for tall people, and also for elderly users because of its solid armrests.
Regarding the weight, the chair is on the heavy side with its 16.3 lb (7.4 kg). But it has several useful elements that add weight so this is not surprising.
You have seen how it folds, and the dimensions are now shown in the picture. As you see it is large in two dimensions, but it is thin. So for long distances you need a car.
