What this is about
Here you have a collapsible and backpack-portable outdoor chair. It has only two main parts, a shock-corded frame and the fabric. There is also a really nicely designed carry bag. See the three elements in the picture:
So assembly only means setting the frame and attaching the fabric at its four points, the picture below shows the basic steps:
The chair comes with two sewn-in side pockets, one is shown in the picture below. They are of a good size and with some bellows design, but the entry is tight.

The materials & construction
The frame is made of a 7075 aluminum alloy. It is corrosion-resistant and oxidation resistance. Note that they have added two parallel poles under the seat for extra stability and strength.
The fabric is a heavy-duty 600D polyester, durable and scratch resistant. They build the chair in two different colors shown in the picture.
The feet are with rubber caps, the picture below. They are narrow and I do not see them best suited for a soft ground. I also would not use them in a floored family camping tent.
Who is this chair for

Regarding the dimensions, the chair is moderate with dimensions (D x W x H) 13.4 x 22.8 x 29.5 inches (34 x 58 x 75 cm). So the backrest is high but this is not a chair with a headrest, you would not expect it here in view of its incredible weight.
The seat is 14.2 inches (36 cm) above ground, so it is reasonably high for such a small chair.
Regarding the weight, this product weighs 3 lb (1.37 kg). According to their statement this is together with the carry bag that weighs around 170 g. So this is a really light chair. But if you still need something lighter, check my list of ultralight backpacking chairs.
You have seen its carry bag, so the dimensions are 19.3 x 4.3 x 4.3 inches (49 x 11 x 11 cm). This is small enough to be carried attached to a backpack. It can be transported also on a bicycle, in a kayak, and in every other way.
Regarding the price, it is more than fair for such a quality chair.
