This is a folding design, and this means there is no assembly. The chair comes ready to use and you can open or close it in seconds.
The picture below shows how it looks when packed into its carry bag. As you see, it is elongated like an umbrella, and the carry bay has a strap so you can carry it on the shoulder. The dimensions are 47 x 7 x 6.75 inches (119 x 18 x 17 cm).
But see how the chair looks when unfolded. As you realize, its backrest is very high so you have a good headrest.
The chair has solid and lightly padded armrests. Below you can see also that it has a bottle holder on one side.
Materials

Regarding the dimensions, they are very good, and the best part is the high backrest so you have a proper headrest here. The seat is moderate, but there is no bar on the front so you will not have pressure spots here.
Regarding the weight, with 12.85 lb (5.8 kg) it is on the heavy side. You have already seen its packed size, so it is a bit long when folded. All in all, this is an outdoor chair which you can carry short distances, but it is for car camping.
Regarding the price, I think it is fair for such a great chair, and you have a renown brand behind it.
