What this Eureka Tagalong Highback Chair is about
So here you have the largest of the three collapsible camping chairs this brand launched recently, all three are shown below.
The chair has only two separate parts, the shock-corded frame and the seat fabric.
This means it needs a simple assembly but this implies just attaching the fabric to the four pole ends:
There are pull loops in all places where you need a bit of force to attach the fabric to the frame, one is shown below.
When not in use, the chair stores easily into its included zippered carry bag shown below. It measures 20 x 7 x 5 inches (51 x 18 x 13 cm).
The chair offers soft armrests, and one of them is with an integrated cup holder. Yet another bonus is the hideaway storage set underneath the seat.
The backrest is very high, so you have a true headrest here. This is why I have included it in my list of camping chairs with a headrest.
The materials
The frame is a lightweight aluminum construction. Note that this is the only chair in this series without plastic hubs, see the picture below. I find it quite similar to the Big Agnes Big Six Armchair.
The feet are designed so that they will not easily sink in the ground, the caps are made wide for this purpose. But with such feet, you should not use the chair in a floored family camping tent.
The fabric is surprisingly strong, you have a 1000D polyester here, and this denier value is quite rare. There are mesh sections on the sides for ventilation, see how this looks:

Who is it for
Regarding the capacity, the chair is quite moderate with its 265 lb (120 kg). This should be good enough for most of potential users.
Regarding the dimensions, it can be described as quite large, in particular for such a backpack-portable chair. You will see the numbers below.
The seat is quite low so perhaps not the best option for very tall users, you have 15 inches (38 cm) from the ground. The previously mentioned Big Agnes Big Six Armchair has a much higher seat.
Regarding the weight, you have 4.15 lb (1.88 kg) here, so it is backpack portable, but there are far lighter options for long distances carrying in the pack.
You have already seen its packed size, so it is best suited for places where you would not carry it yourself. But it is compact enough to be transported even on a bicycle.

So this Eureka Tagalong Highback Chair is well built, large, and with several nice features. I would mention in particular its headrest and its armrests. But it is fair to say that it is not unique on the market, except for the hideaway storage pouches.
But the fabric is exceptionally strong and the mesh sections are truly nice. The chair is easy to use, light, and with a nicely designed carry bag. I have added it to my list of best collapsible camping chairs.
