Trekology Portable Camping Side Tables side by side
There are three possible sizes, small (S), medium (M), and large (L). I think it is best to show them all side by side, so you get an instant idea of their parameters:

The numbers show the differences between the three tables, but you realize that they all are ultralight and ultra-packable. The S size is lower than the other two which have the same height.
If you compare the top area and prices, you realize that the cheapest option (per square meter) is the L size table. But quite generally, all three of them are incredibly affordable.
How it is built
There are only 2 elements here plus the carry bag, and those are:
- The accordion-style aluminum hardtop. This is a nice material in two different colors (blue and brown), easy to clean and maintain. This is an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, very durable and light.
- The supporting aluminum frame. All the elements of the frame are preattached to each other so there is nothing to guess, see it below. You will see how it is used in the video below.
This is a fully collapsible design and the table fits nicely in its included carry bag. The clips on the frame are made of durable nylon and the tabletop is kept firmly in place.
The legs are with very wide feet (see the picture above) so this is a floor-friendly design and you can use these tables in any large floored family camping tent.
Can you cook on this table? The answer is yes, this is a hardtop model, but this holds for burners with a canister. In the case of a liquid fuel cooker, there will be the heat that can damage plastic connectors that keep the ‘accordion’ elements together, and it can cause decolorization of the aluminum as well.
The carry bag
The table comes with a carry bag which has two separate pouches where you store the mentioned two elements.
Please see how to make it ready and how to disassemble it after that:
The price & rating
The daily updated Amazon price for the US is given in the link. On the EU market, the price is the same number but in Euro.
There are currently hundreds of reports by customers on Amazon and the high average rating is hard to believe. Please see how I rate these tables, I take the M size as a representative:

User Review
( votes)Trekology Portable Camping Side Table Small size vs Competitors
I have decided to show the S size of this Trekology table side by side with two top-notch tables on the market, so see the table below. As you realize, it is lighter than the other two but it is also smaller and lower.
But note that the Helinox Table is about 4.7 times more expensive, and the Big Agnes Woodchuck table is 3.3 times more expensive. This is quite a remarkable difference. All three of them are hardtop types and all come with a nice carry bag.
The capacity of the Trekology Side table is much lower but I do not think this is crucial at all, this is not a chair and its capacity is good enough for its purpose.

Final thoughts
So regardless of which one of the three Trekology Portable Camping Side Tables you choose, those are really nicely built outdoor items. Their prices are far below the prices of their competitors. They are so affordable that you can buy a few of them and use in the camp, on the beach, or in the garden.
The weight and the packed size are such that attaching the table to the pack is easy and you can certainly carry it on some shorter hikes, to your favorite picnic spot or your fishing area. I have included it in my list of ultra lightweight backpacking tables.
