What this is about
Here you have a really clever design, a folding chair for two people. So there is no assembly, you unfold it in seconds and it is ready. This is one of those chairs that remain large in two dimensions when folded, but it becomes thin and it will fit in narrow spaces. See the pictures below.
You can a bit better understand the structure of this chair when you see it from the backside shown below. Note that there is no middle bar underneath the seat, this sets it apart from many of its competitors.
The side tables: You see them in the pictures, they are solid and both equipped with a cup holder. So this is again a unique feature for such double-wide chairs. It deserves to be included in my list of camping chairs with side tables.
The tubing is all steel, strong and sturdy. As you realize from the pictures, you have bars on the ground so the weight is distributed and the chair will not sink easily in a soft ground. Plastic caps are added to stabilize the chair, and this is all a floor-friendly design so you can use it even in a floored family camping tent.
The fabric is a combination of two materials, 600D shadow embossed & 840D velocity dobby polyester. So this is again a strong material.
Who is it for
Regarding the size, the chair is built for two people and you have 38 inches (97 cm) the seat width. This is not very wide but it is enough for two people. As mentioned above, there is no pole underneath it so you can certainly use it solo if you are a very large person. I have included it in my list of camping chairs for two people.
The seat height is 17.7 inches (45 cm) so it is not particularly high, but you have solid armrests (see the picture below) and this helps to get in and out of the chair.
Regarding the capacity, officially the chair is supposed to support up to 600 lb (272 kg). This sounds good enough for most users no matter if you use it solo or with your partner.
Regarding the weight, you have 20.3 lb (9.2 kg), and for a double chair with such side tables and solid armrests, this is far from bad.
Regarding the packed size, you have seen it already, so the chair is portable to shorter distances, but it is bulky and for transportation in general, you will need a car.
As for the price, I am sure this is a great value for what you pay.
