What this is about
Here you have an incredibly easy to use two-layer outdoor shelter raised from the ground and sitting on a cot-bed. The inner tent is pre-attached to the folding frame as shown in the picture below.
So this is an instant-setup tent-cot or cot-tent, all what you see in the picture above is one piece. When it is time to go, you fold it easily as shown below:
Note that the longer poles on the head side are telescopic, you have pop-out buttons that lock them in place when extended. Both front and rear poles fold for transportation as you can seen in the pictures above.
After that it all packs in its included carry bag that measures 40.5 x 8.8 x 8.8 inches (103 x 22 x 22 cm).
The second layer is a full coverage fly that protects the inner from the elements. Below you can see how it looks when fully closed.

The doors and awning
There are three doors here, two identical on the long sides of the structure and one narrow on the head side. This includes inner zippered mesh doors that are paired with zippered flaps on the fly.
This means you can get in and out on three sides. For a solo use this is not really necessary but you also have windows with such a design and you can use all three to improve ventilation.
All of them can be rolled up and fixed with toggles. This you can see with the fly flaps rolled up in the picture below.
With each of the flaps you can create an awning, so you can choose what suits you best. The picture above shows the awning on the front door, but you can have it on the sides as well. One pair of awning poles is included in the package.
This adds to the comfort because you now have an area to sit in the shade outside of the shelter.
Storage features
The fly does not go to the ground but you can still store some of your stuff underneath the bed and it will be protected from the rain.
Note that they have added no less than 4 inner wall pockets in the head area, some are visible below, so you can keep all your smaller items at hand.
Materials
Below you can see what you get in the package. You have the mentioned main elements (the inner tent with the frame, the fly, and awning poles) plus pegs and ropes for the awning to fix everything to the ground.
The frame is a powder coated corrosion resistant iron. There are 6 feet on the ground and they are with plastic caps. In principle, you can put this cot anywhere and sleep separated from the ground while being fully protected.
Dark rest fabric
This is the best part here. They use UVTex polyester but with what they call BlockOut coating on the fly mentioned in the official name. They claim it blocks light by up to 95%, and also reduces heat inside the tent by up to 20 degrees.
As of the moment of writing this tent, this is the first dark-rest cot-tent (or tent-cot) on the market. With such a fabric you can sleep longer in the morning. You probably know how annoying it may be when you are in a tent and wake up with the early sun because of too much glare inside.
This is all with taped seems, so official waterproof rating is impressive 3000 mm.
The inner canopy is with an ultra-fine No-See-Um insect-proof mesh, see the pictures, that offers ultimate ventilation and insect protection.
For maintaining and cleaning they recommend cold water and a soft bristle brush, do not use soap nor detergent.
They also write to keep away from open flame sources and do not expose to petrol, diesel, oil, or chemicals of any nature. It is important to store the tent dry.

Who is it for
Regarding the capacity, the frame is officially for up to 330 lb (150 kg). This should be good enough for most of potential users.
Regarding the dimensions, the bed measures 78 x 31 inches (198 x 79 cm). This is very good, but if this is not enough, please check the previously mentioned OZTENT Bunker Pro cot-tent where you have more space.
Below you can see some of the dimensions. Note that the inner volume is very good because of the completely vertical walls.
The peak height is not really impressive, so you cannot sit in the bed. This should be obvious from the picture below. This is why it is good to have the mentioned awning. There are options on the market where you have more head space, you can find them in the category single cot-tents here in the site.
Regarding the weight, in view of its 30 lb 6.7 oz (13.8 kg), this tent-cot is heavy, but such a weight is typical for products of this type.
I would say that the packed size is more important; you have already seen it above. So it is a bit long when packed and you need a car for its transportation, but all in all, it can be described as very compact.
