What this is about
I would start with its general design, they describe it as folding but it would be more appropriate to describe it as collapsible because it has several separate elements and it needs a simple assembly. The pieces shown below are the fabric, removable legs, the frame, and the carry bag.
As you realize the carry bag size is simply incredible so indeed this chair packs very small. The mentioned assembly is easy, the frame is shock-corded so you establish its shape first. Then you add the fabric as demonstrated in the pictures below. After that it is up to you the chair can be used without legs or with them.
Because of all these features, it is in my list of best collapsible camping chairs.
Two heights
The point of this is that you can use it as a very low chair suitable for the beach, or you can add the legs and have the chair raised for 20 cm or so. This is shown in the pictures below and the dimensions of the chair.
Materials
They use nylon 600D for the seat, so this is again something different, most chairs of this type on the market are polyester. The fabric is breathable and with mesh areas on the sides. This makes it very suitable for hot weather camping and beach use. Note that they have added mesh pockets on the sides, who would say for such a light chair:
The metal elements are 7075 aviation-grade aluminum alloy. Note that in the variant without legs the chair will not easily sink into the ground. This is not so when you use legs, they are with plastic caps but narrow. See how the base looks in the two cases:
Who is it for
Weight-wise, with its 2.27 lb (1.03 kg) this is an ultralight chair, light enough to be carried on the trail. This looks even more so when you see its packed size which is (L x D) 13.77 x 5.11 inches (35 x 13 cm). It is included in my list of ultralight backpacking chairs that are all with a weight under 1 kg. Note that if you use it without legs, it is well under one kilogram of weight.
Capacity-wise, surprisingly, as of the moment of writing this text there is no such information given for the chair.
Regarding the dimensions, the chair is in the range of small to moderate, you have seen the numbers above. You would not expect more from such a light chair.
Regarding the price, the chair is very affordable, a great value for the money.
